Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with HandHack.
Please review our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

Due to high order demand, processing times may extend during peak seasons.

During the holiday season, delays may occur due to the increased volume of orders being processed and shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Standard Shipments: Delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

Estimated Global Delivery Windows:

North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania: 3–12 business days
South America and Africa: 10–15 business days

Some countries (e.g., India, Egypt) may experience longer delivery times due to customs or local logistics.

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows, and actual delivery times may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, or peak shipping periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is not free.

The shipping fee is calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping method.

Customs duties, import taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are beyond our control.


4. Holiday Season Notice

Orders placed after December 5th cannot be guaranteed for delivery before Christmas.

We encourage customers to order early to avoid delays.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, factors such as increased shipping demand, logistics issues, or unforeseen events may cause delays beyond our control.


5. Refunds and Late Deliveries

If your order is delivered after your desired date but arrives in perfect condition, we do not offer refunds.

Refunds are only available if the product arrives damaged or unusable.

This policy allows us to continue offering reliable and high-quality products to all our customers.


6. Undeliverable Packages & Carrier Coordination

If a delivery attempt is made by the carrier and the delivery cannot be completed, we will notify the customer and provide the relevant carrier information.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the local last-mile carrier to coordinate redelivery or arrange pickup, as required by the carrier.

Once an order has been shipped and a delivery attempt has occurred, HandHack is not responsible for carrier-imposed pickup requirements or delivery failures beyond our control.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, failure to contact the carrier, or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact the customer to arrange reshipment.
Additional reshipping fees may apply.

Refunds will not be issued if the package is available for pickup or redelivery. Refunds can only be processed once the package has been returned to the sender.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases where delivery was attempted but not completed.


7. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Events

Although we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Refunds will only be provided for items that arrive damaged or unusable.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address entered at checkout.

Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery address, tracking information, and carrier details to assist in your investigation with the shipping provider.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt at info@myhandhack.com.

Provide clear photos of the damaged items and packaging for assessment.

Once verified, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


10. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times and shipping costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the customer.


11. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear once the carrier has scanned your package.
